How do I order Online?

You can purchase any Endstar product online by finding the desired product page on www.endstar.com, selecting how many you want to buy, and then clicking the checkout button.

What methods of payment does Endstar accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Debit cards with a Visa or MasterCard logo are also accepted.

How is sales tax calculated?

Taxes that appear on your online order are approximate. The actual taxes charged to your credit card will reflect the applicable state and local sales taxes, and will be calculated when your order is shipped.

What is the Endstar Warranty?

We warrant every product we make to be free of manufacturer defects. If a product ever fails due to a manufacturing defect, even after extended use, we will repair the product, without charge, or replace it, at our discretion. Should you have a warranty issue, return the item to us. We will repair it if possible or replace all valid warranty items. Normal wear and tear, modifications, alterations, negligence, damage and use for a purpose other than for which it was designed, are not covered by the Endstar Warranty.

Internships with Endstar
If you are passionate about the outdoors and live in the New York City area, why not apply for an internship with Endstar? We are seeking motivated people with experience in Business, Marketing, Communications, Advertising, and Sports Marketing to assist in spreading the word about Endstar, and help to inspire the spirit of outdoor adventure. Internships are approximately 10 hours per week and interns will have the opportunity to experience firsthand how a growing Manhattan outdoors business operates. Interns will participate in grassroots, event, internet, and peer-to-peer marketing tactics. Students can apply to have this internship approved through their major department and majors falling outside these guidelines will also be considered.

Why is the company called Endstar?

The trademarked logo symbolizes “Energy” and “Direction” which are two concepts that the company was founded on. Instead of calling the Company Energy and Direction Star it was shortened to E-n-D-Star, and then finally ENDSTAR.

Can I ship to international/APO/FPO addresses?

Currently, orders can only be shipped to US addresses, including P.O. boxes, within the 50 states.

Can I ship my order to someone else or a different address?

Yes, orders can be shipped to a different address than the billing address. After you enter your billing address during checkout, you’ll have the option to enter a new shipping address (different than billing address).

How is the Shipping Cost determined?

The shipping cost is based on the product's size, weight, shipping method and delivery address.

How long will my order take to arrive including processing and shipping?

We make the best effort to process orders within one business day. For an estimate of shipping times, please reference the chart below.
